You are applying for Site Maintenance and Events Support

Scolmore have an exciting Site Maintenance and Events Support role available, supporting our busy Facilities team.

Main Duties

• Perform repairs across site as required to fixtures and fittings
• Painting and decorating
• General maintenance tasks as and when required
• Install appliances and equipment
• Assist in the upkeep of yards and landscaped areas
• Disposal of waste to designated areas
• Setting up of the meeting rooms
• Support with statutory inspections
• Help to promote a positive health and safety environment
• Provide support to other companies/sites within the group where necessary
• Travel to various trade shows across the country and Ireland, and set up the product display stands (will involve nights away)
• Assist in producing display material to keep all showrooms and trade stands up to date
• Support the Marketing team with preparation on the run up to trade shows
• Some flexibility will be required - occasional weekend working may be required

Essential Skills and Experience

• Driving Licence
• Basic electrical wiring knowledge
• Decorating skills such as filling and painting
• Basic plumbing and carpentry skills
• Helpful and personable
• Maintain professional integrity whilst representing the company

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Forklift Licence
• MEWP Licences
• PAT testing qualification
• Scolmore Group product knowledge
• Experience of trade shows
