Any loft conversion, even where it is not named as
either an additional bedroom or office, will require a
smoke alarm as a minimum.
Does the loft contain any electrical equipment such as an inverter or battery storage system?
A loft containing electrical equipment should have a smoke/heat multi-sensor installed.
Is there a garage connected to the
main building of the property?
A garage forming part of an escape route will require a smoke/heat multi-sensor
alarm. Additionally, where the garage is not part of
the escape route but does
contain electrical
equipment such a battery storage system or inverter, it will
require a smoke/heat multi-sensor.
What power connection do you want your alarms to have?
-
We offer a range of smoke, heat & Carbon Monoxide alarms with different power options to suit your needs.
Choose from mains-powered alarms with a sealed or replaceable battery for backup or opt for a
battery-powered alarm for flexible installation.
Would you like RF-Link interconnection?
- Our alarms feature an interconnecting capability that allows multiple units to communicate with each other, creating a networked system that significantly enhances safety in your home or building.

Would you like to add a Remote-Control Switch for easy testing and locating?
